Overview

The Printed Picture exhibition, October 17, 2008–July 13, 2009, was co-curated by Peter Galassi, Chief Curator of Photography, The Museum of Modern Art, and Richard Benson.

This site was created utilizing the content both from the book, The Printed Picture, authored by Richard Benson, and videos drawn from Richard Benson’s private lectures conducted over two days in the galleries at The Museum of Modern Art, New York, in May and June, 2009.

Read and Note technology was used for its ability to extract, integrate, and manage the different mediums in the development of this site. Read and Note is a software company that develops platform solutions for the e-publishing and e-reading industries.
